The present work aims to understand the thinking of Wendy Brown about neoliberalism and women, which is done through a wide bibliographic review of the works of the writer, in addition to other thinkers (s) who dialogue with their theoretical line by adopting Foucaultian feminist perspectives. The author starts from the general, from the formation of the subject as an effect of the neoliberal processes of saving life in all its spheres, reflecting the fabrication of the modern subject as human capital, isolated and unprotected, a particle of neoliberal capital. What is sought, then, is to understand how their reflection intertwines with the formation of women in specific, the gender problems specific to that society and the possibility of resistance in the face of governmentality that manifests itself in all spheres of life.
